Mr. Cross has over 20 years of professional experience and retains expertise in sales strategy and shopper insights. over the years, Mr. Cross has worked with all national and most regional drug, food, mass and club retailers in his shopper and category management roles. Since 2008, he has headed up the shopper and category insights team at Pfizer, Inc. (formerly Wyeth) for CVS. In his position, Mr. Cross leads the shopper insights efforts to gain a better understanding of shopper behaviors at CVS. He initiates shopper surveys, research and category reviews in order to develop the best in class shopper solutions to drive sales, profits and shares for both Pfizer and CVS. He attributes his success to a clear understanding of the business world and the ability to surround himself with a great team of professionals.

Mr. Cross graduated with a BS in marketing and management from the University of Maryland and later received an executive MBA through Tulane University's Freeman School of Business in 2007. He has received numerous awards throughout his distinguished career including awards for sales and leadership with Johnson and Johnson, being recognized by Cardinal Distributors for his efforts on their diabetes program, and two Global Excellence Awards from Wyeth (now Pfizer). He is a motivational speaker on leadership and goal setting, and lends his services to his local church and community in his spare time. He also has given talks on best practices in category management and leadership.
