Frank J. Cafferella's professional history in mixology has prepared him for a career as an associate chemist

With 23 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, Mr. Cafferella began his career as a processor, making matching lipstick colors. Soon after, he acquired a position as a supervisor. With an extensive history in mixology, he was able to join AVON Products, Inc. as an associate chemist. At Avon, Mr. Cafferella is responsible for conducting tests on the products that vendors sell to the market. He is also charged with training staff on company guidelines and procedures.

Prior to his career in the cosmetics industry, Mr. Cafferella served in the military. He has virtually 20 years of hands-on job training and has always worked in the field of manufacturing. Within the next few years, he plans to retire. However, he also intends to continue helping others and motivating them toward success.
