He became involved in his position through his extensive experience and leadership successes in the hospitality industry and he attributes his success to his unique ability to inspire and motivate his teams.

Mr. Butterworth received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Albany. In the future, he intends to work more on the entrepreneurial side of the business and to establish his own company.
