Agnes Mecler Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who
With Her Expert Shopping Evaluative Services, Agnes Mecler Takes the "Mystery" Out of Great Customer Service

BALTIMORE, MD, October 06, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Agnes Mecler, Owner and Operator of T&A Specialty Jobs, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in marketing.

Ms. Mecler has been providing her mystery shopping evaluative services for six years. At the behest of her clients, she goes "undercover" to their stores or restaurants in order to shop for particular items, but once there, she does more than just shop. She asks employees pointed questions and carefully observes her surroundings, all the while appearing to be a regular customer. Then she provides her clients with evaluations of the customer service she received, thus helping them advance their sales efforts and increase company growth.

Ms. Mecler's efforts are not all about helping merchants with the bottom line, however. In order to aid in breast cancer awareness, Ms. Mecler creates embroidered pink angels for charity. Each one is made of lace, coming standard with a little pink stone. The stone can be personalized to reflect personal birthstones, and there are various color options.

Ms. Mecler studied business at Essex College before receiving a degree from the American Institute of Banking. Attributing her success to her communication and people skills, she became involved in her current profession after retiring from her banking career. She wanted to do something more flexible and make her own hours, and found that mystery shopping was the perfect fit. She is a 5-year, silver certified member of MSPA North America.
