Derek McWilliams Named a VIP of the Year for Excellence in Banking Services
Mr. McWilliams aspires to manage his own bank branch

BEAUMONT, TX, November 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Derek McWilliams, Service Manager II for Wells Fargo Bank, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in banking services.

Recognized by his banking-industry peers for his customer service and retail banking expertise, Mr. McWilliams has managed new and existing accounts, taken mortgage and loan applications, and handled debit & credit card banking services. He currently coaches the bank's Teller team in sales and helps maintain branch compliance. Mr. McWilliams joined Well Fargo Bank in 2010 after honing his customer service skills and credit union expertise for six years.

In light of his accomplishments, Mr. McWilliams was recently named a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional goals. Mr. McWilliams attributes his success to his knowledge of the industry, as well as his relationship-building skills.

In 2007, Mr. McWilliams earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Lamar University, where he was inducted into Alpha Kappa Psi. Outside of work, he serves the American Cancer Society as a High Plains Division Trainer and enjoys cycling and competing in full & half marathons. He aspires to manage his own bank branch.
