Ms. Halliwell has been the president of Hartland of Ohio, LLC, for five years. The company produces and sells collectible figurines of athletes, including football and baseball players. Many of the eight-inch-tall statues are signed by the players, and Ms. Halliwell takes pride in recognizing athletes who were once a part of the Negro Leagues. As a business leader, she has developed expertise in customer service and networking. She also handles contracts, manages sales, and reviews shipping operations for all products.

A member of the National Association of Professional & Executive Women, Ms. Halliwell was recognized as a Woman of the Year by her peers in 2009. She became involved in her profession as an investor of Hartland Collectibles before the company was moved to Ohio and became Hartland of Ohio LLC.
