Shirley Justice was recruited by Nike, Inc.

BEAVERTON, OR, June 1, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Shirley Justice, Director of Global Footwear Planning and Sourcing at Nike, Inc., has been recognized as a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in her career.

With 23 years of professional experience, Ms. Justice attributes her success to the support she receives from her colleagues. As the Director of Global Footwear Planning and Sourcing, she is responsible for the architecture of a long-term strategic sourcing vision and strategy that supports growth; profitability; and sustainability targets. She also develops global supply chain strategies while executing key initiatives for future growth such as forecast alignment and systems integration. This role requires significant collaboration across a broad set of stakeholder groups both internal and external. She previously worked as the General Manager of the Vietnam office of Nike, Inc., where she was accountable for the production of $2.6 billion per year, and oversaw 150 Nike employees and indirectly ~200,000 Vietnamese employees. Prior to working for Nike, Ms. Justice worked in the logistics and trade service industry. She spent two years in Singapore, working as the vice president of strategic development for Circle International, Inc.

Ms. Justice previously served as the chairwoman of the Footwear Traffic and Distribution Conference for the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America. She sits on the Supply Chain Executive Panel at The University of Oklahoma, and participates on the Global Women's Leadership Council for Nike, Inc. Additionally, she is a speaker for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the World Trade Group Limited.

In 2006, Ms. Justice received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in international business and marketing from Loyola Marymount University, and is a licensed customs house broker.
