Brian Rogers brings extensive produce expertise to BR Consulting, LLC

With over a decade of experience in the produce industry, Brian Rogers is an expert in both retail and supply. He now brings his talents as Owner of BR Consulting, LLC, through which he represents vendors to Wal-Mart and conducts produce-based employee training. Utilizing his specialized knowledge in retail management and situation analysis, Mr. Rogers offers consultation to both individuals and organizations like Wal-Mart, conducts web-based training, and provides ad hoc analysis and development for the improved communication between buyers and sellers.

Now thriving in his third year with BR Consulting, LLC, Mr. Rogers brings to his firm extensive applied experience. He previously worked as a manager at Wal-Mart, of the produce and floral department, and became the national account manager at Dole, responsible of Dole's Wal-Mart account. He later served as the national account director at Ready Pac Foods, demonstrating both his years' of honed knowledge and his natural communication skills. Today, he leverages his knowledge to streamline and improve training and communication processes. He has partners in both Kansas City and Dentonville and will seek to expand BR Consulting with the acquisition of additional clients in the years to come.
