Possessing the unique ability to excel when faced with a challenge, Ms. Oliva has 33 years of field experience, including seven years as vice president of Partners Specialty Group. As a leader, she is responsible for overseeing management duties related to the development of clientele, team leadership, and strategic marketing and development for sales. Ms. Oliva has worked with retail insurance brokers across the country, who need her assistance as an excess and surplus lines broker. She prides herself on service and providing the insured with the coverage they need.

A 1978 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Ms. Oliva received a Bachelor of Science in plant and soil science. As her career progresses, she hopes to continue creating customized clientele strategies.
